Quality Certifications


Considering the nearly 50 years of activity, FAROLIVA, SL is now a consolidated company in the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of olives and pickles. The company holds the IFS (International Food Standard), BRC (British Retail Consortium) and ISO 22000 Certification: 2005, which guarantees the consumer high standards of quality and food safety.

On the other hand, the company holds the ISO 9000:2008 Certificate, which ensures Quality Management in all processes involved. Likewise, our commitment to the environment is ensured through the ISO 14000:2004 Certification, by which FAROLIVA, SL undertakes the commitment to cater for both the economical development and environmental protection. This responsibility consists of the implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Environmental Management System which allows the compliance with current legislation requirements, the requisites of the management itself, and contributes, in the same manner, to the prevention of contamination.

Further accreditations that ensure the standards of quality offered by FAROLIVA, SL are the regulation of the Organic Farming Council of the Region of Murcia, for the development of organic products, and the MSC Chain of Custody Standard, which provides the ability to develop products derived from sustainable fisheries are some accreditations that certify the quality of all the products manufactured by FAROLIVA, SL.
