More than 50 years in the field support the experience of FAROLIVA, SL in the elaboration of olives and pickles. These years have shaped the catalogue of the company, reaching the amount of over 300 products “El Faro”. These products have gone beyond our borders, reaching more than 40 countries worldwide.

Considering both the original taste and the best traditional craftsmanship, FAROLIVA, SL, has complemented its traditional product range “Faro Traditional”, adding two brand new ranges, the so called “Gourmet range” and “Organic range”.

For the Gourmet range, all traditional technical processes similar to those used in the old days have been used. At the same time, these traditional processes have been adapted and updated adding new ingredients and flavours which allow a sense of uniqueness of this product in the field, achieving a perfect combination of innovation and tradition.

Our Gourmet range includes all the taste which respects the elaboration processes of the Traditional range, however reinforcing the choice of ingredients, keeping as much as possible its organoleptic qualities. Similarly, this range is elaborated by people with high culinary knowledge, delicate and exquisite taste; the result being a specific and ultimate product for demanding consumers who appreciate both quality and good cuisine and is able to distinguish between textures and flavours.

Natural and organic products from the third range maintain all its nutritional properties intact and present more intense flavours by avoiding the use of pesticides and artificial additives. In addition to all the strict quality controls and the different Food Safety certifications used by the company, the “Organic range” holds an additional certification dealing with its biological origins.

The rational use of natural resources (preventing the contamination of air, soil and water), and the use of more respectful and environmentally-friendly techniques, promotes both biodiversity and sustainable production.
